By day, they works the front desk at a small boutique hotel tucked into the charming old town of Zurich, Switzerland. By night, they meticulously designs spaces in Animal Crossing, applying lessons learned from real-world hospitality to virtual rooms."I work front-desk, so I’m closely involved with the guest experience day to day," jadelilymoon tells GameSpot via message. "Checking guests in and out, answering questions, handling requests, and generally making sure people feel comfortable and at ease during their stay.
