PlayStation Is Bringing Back An Unexpected Series With A New, Zelda-Like Spin

For the first time in almost five years, Kena is back. As announced at Sony's State of Play, the sequel to Kena: Bridge of Spirits is coming tp PlayStation 5 and PC later this year. The first look at Kena: Scars of Kosmora features the title character as a more experienced Spirit Guide. The gameplay is also giving off some Zelda vibes as she uses her magic to survive new challenges. In this story, Kena has earned a reputation for her heroism and now helps the living as well as the dead. But she's about to be tested when her magical staff is shattered by a powerful spirit.. Since that staff was helping to keep Kena alive, she'll need to find a new source of magic to sustain her.The game takes place on the island of Kosmora, a mysterious area that's home to its own culture, magic, and spirits. In the absence of her staff, Kena will have to rely on Kosmora's forgotten form of Spirit Guiding, which grants users the ability to use alchemy to bend the elements to their will.Continue Reading at GameSpot
